    What is worth paying attention to?

    1Things to do before/after treatment
    Laser hair removal only works if hair is present in the hair follicle. For this reason, hair removal methods that remove the hair from the hair follicle - waxing, epilation, tweezers - cannot be used during laser treatments. Bleaching the hairs is also prohibited, as it removes the pigments from the hairs and the laser treatment will be ineffective. Shaving can be an ideal choice for this period. Sunbathing and solarium should be avoided for at least one or two weeks before and after the treatment. Treatment on tanned skin can lead to complications.
    2How many occasions are one treatment series?
    The hair growth cycle is different for each area of ​​the body, so repeated treatments must be performed. As a general rule, 6-10 laser treatments are required in the first year to achieve long-term hair removal. Most laser systems reduce hair by 10-40% in one treatment, 30-70% in three treatments, and up to 90% in repeated treatments. It is advisable to maintain these results with a laser hair removal treatment once a year.
    3How long does a treatment session take?
    Depending on the area of ​​the body, a treatment takes 10-30 minutes.
    4How do I arrive for the treatment?
    In order to reach the hair folliclefor the laser , the hair must be visible outside the skin. For this reason, hair length of 1-2 millimeters must be present at the diode laser treatment.

    Lasting or permanent?

    Although many distributors and manufacturers, as well as salons and clinics, claim that diode laser hair removal results in permanent hairlessness, this is not supported by clinical studies of adequate quality and level, therefore, according to our company's point of view, diode laser hair removal results in permanent hairlessness for the next 6-8 years. There is no clinical study that supports lifelong hairlessness, so this statement is misleading to the guest. With annual maintenance treatments, 6-8 years can be postponed and the state of hairlessness can be maintained, in this way almost "permanent" hairlessness can be achieved. However, after a series of treatments, without follow-up treatments, this is unsustainable. Due to future hormonal changes and the hair follicle's ability to self-regenerate, this kind of promise cannot be made, and according to our experience, although hair growing back after 10 years would be a nice result, the guests are still dissatisfied, since they were promised permanence.
